This years guest English region is Greater Manchester so expect some terriffic beers and ciders from yonder :) New for 2017 we are also piloting a small key cask bar so expect some interesting beers you would not expect at our festival on the bar.

We also host the Champion Beer of Wales Competition (CBOW) as well so expect the best beer in Wales at our event and the odd celebrating brewer ;)

9 Streetfood stalls to enjoy during the event including Mr Croquewich, Muffin man & Co, Little Jack Horners and many more.

    Full listing here.

    2017 is all about entertainment!

After all the helpful suggestions in the customer comments forms we have reworked our Thursday to focus on entertainments:

Daytime: meet the brewer sessions including Pipes, Crafty Devil, Hopcraft, Greytrees and Ollies. If you have ever wanted to meet the brewer of your favourite local tipple, ask him some questions and sample his products then now is your chance.

6pm: John's Salacious pub quiz. What's better than a pub quiz in the local pub with a beer token prize pot and the odd bad joke?

8pm: Acoustic Routes radio show are bringing their roadshow to the festival and have organised two terrific live acts, Up the Creek and Ofelia. We can't wait!

The Cardiff Morris are back by popular demand!

Treharris Male Voice Choir are in attendance. it would'nt be the GWBCF without the male voice choir now would it?
